Ashley Lechliter tallied four goals and one assist, and goalie
Reilly Shaup made 10 saves, to help the Rowan women's lacrosse team to a 13-10 win over Stevens Tech (2-2).

Julia Stumpf and
Abby Daigle had two goals apiece for Rowan (2-2).
Four straight goals to start the second half broke open a 7-6 game for the Profs and they took an 11-6 lead. Lechliter had two goals and
Abby Daigle and Julie Grlica chipped in with one apiece during the spurt.
Dara Hennessy had one more goal for the Profs and Lechliter finished out the scoring at 11:38 to secure the win for Rowan.
The teams traded goals in the early going, as Daigle and Sterner each netted one for the Profs, and the score was tied at 2-2. Goals by Grlica and Stumpf put Rowan up 4-2, and after Stevens scored another, Lechliter gave the Profs a 5-3 lead at 15:52, with the assist from
Julianna Corson, before Stevens tallied another at 13:26.
Sterner scored an unassisted goal at 8:01 and Stumpf added her second of the game at 5:35, with the assist from Corson to build up a 7-4 lead for Rowan. Stevens added two more by the end of the period to pull the home team within 7-6 at halftime.
"It was a total team win, from Reilly (Shaup) in the cage to the team on the sideline. We had great energy and the ability to finish on both sides," said head coach
Lindsay Delaney.
Rowan opens its home schedule on Wednesday, March 11 when it hosts Washington (MD) at Coach Richard Wackar Stadium.
