GLASSBORO, NJ – The Rowan University women's swimming & diving team won 238-62 over the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
The Profs (7-3) took first place in both relays and 14 individual events. Prior to the meet, the eight seniors were honored and they were

Claire McKissick,
Megan Miller,
Daria Mnich and
Carlee Timmins.
The 200 medley relay of
Abigail Brous, Miller, Mnich and
Jordan McChesney swam a winning time of 1:49.73. Bambrick, LaBenski, Mnich and Miller made up the 200 freestyle relay that was first in 1:43.26.
Brous won (58.88) the 100 backstroke while
Dahlia Getsos followed second (1:03.49) and
Kylie Salerno was third (1:03.89). Getsos was also third (57.42) in the 100 freestyle. Miller came in first (1:07.95) in the 100 breaststroke. In the 50 free, Brous came in second (25.17) and Miller was third (25.84). LaBenski captured first place in the 200 butterfly (2:19.73) and 200 breaststroke (2:29.11). Mnich won the 100 butterfly in 59.61.
Timmins was the winner in the 1000 (10:46.26) and 500 (5:19.33) freestyles. McChesney took first place in the 50 (24.77) and 100 (53.99) freestyles. Finkbinder claimed first place in the one and three-meter diving with 267.70 and 220.50 points respectively.
Naomi Amadoro had a second place (203.00) on the one-meter board and was third (160.50) in the three-meter.
Veronica Alferez touched first (1:58.55) in the 200 free and
Elizabeth O'Brien followed second (2:00.00). Alferez won the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:12.91. O'Brien was also second (56.41) in the 100 freestyle and third (2:17.60) in the 200 individual medley.
Bambrick swam 2:16.02 in the 200 backstroke for first place. She also had a second place (2:17.42) in the 200 individual medley.
Brianna Gutierrez finished second (2:17.35) in the 200 backstroke and
Lindsay Cave was third (2:19.86). In the 1000 freestyle, Gutierrez and Cave finished second (11:15.89) and third (11:16.30) respectively.
Howarth finished second (1:12.52) in the 100 breaststroke and
Savannah Monterrosa had a third place (1:12.78). In the 200 breaststroke, Howarth was also second (2:36.65) while Monterrosa came in third (2:38.32). In the 200 butterfly,
Abbi Schick took second (2:27.31) and
Taylor DeGennaro was third (2:28.34).
Maria McMahon had a third place (5:35.51) in the 500 freestyle.
Jordan Jones took third (1:03.77) in the 100 butterfly.
