GLASSBORO - The Rowan University men's soccer team suffered its first loss of the season to the College of Staten Island, 2-1, in the Ciaella Classic hosted by Rutgers Camden. The Profs finished second in the four-team tournament and are now 3-1 on the year.

On Sunday, CSI took the lead at 19:24 on a goal by Philip Lefkowitz and upped it to 2-0 just seven minutes later on a header by Christian Puccio.Â

Wilby Alfred scored the Profs' goal at 29:46, punching in a ball after a cross into the box, which was originally stopped by the CSI goalkeeper.Â

The Profs will travel to Chicago next weekend, facing the University of Chicago on Friday and North Park University on Saturday.
