CHESTER, PA – The Rowan University women's outdoor track & field team took part in day one at the Danny Curran Invitational on Friday. Widener University is the host for the two-day meet.
Jess Nguyen (jr. Plainsboro, NJ/West Windsor-Plainsboro N.) and
Jennie Sabol (jr. Woodstown, NJ/Woodstown) competed in the 5000 meters. Nguyen finished 11th with a time of 19:33.59 and Sabol was 17th in 20:00.07.
In the 10,000 meters,
Jennifer Klavens (sr. Sewell, NJ/Washington Twp.) claimed 15th recording a time of 41:18.45.
The women's track & field team will wrap up the second day of the Danny Curran Invitational on Saturday, March 30 at 10:00 a.m.
