2019 Outdoor: Ran a personal record 41:15.93 in the 10,000 meters for fourth place at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships… Had a time of 19:30.75 in the 5000 meters at the conference championships… Finished the 5000 meters in 19:29.20, which was a personal record at the Widener Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2018-19 Indoor: Posted a time of 19:57.48 in the 5000 meters at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational 

2018 Outdoor: Came in fourth (43:31.64) in the 10,000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Ran the 5000 meters in 20:07.80 at the Sam Howell Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete… Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention... Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society

2017-18 Indoor: Took fourth (11:08.98) in the 3000 meters at the Ramapo Season Opener 

2017 Outdoor: Came in fifth (41:41.03) in the 10,000 meters and eighth (19:55.87) in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Had a top time of 41:29.77 in the 10,000 meters at the Emory Invitational… Ran the 5000 meters in a season best 19:42.77 at the Greyhound Invitational… Won the 3000 meters (11:27.65) at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor: Took sixth (19:47.47) in the 5000 meters and 12th (11:38.92) in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships 

2016 Outdoor: Came in eighth (42:12) in the 10,000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Finished fourth (20:57.02) in the 5000 meters at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2015-16 Indoor: Had a 10th place finish (20:38) in the 5000 meter run at the NJAC Championships… Ran season best time of 20:18.24 in the 5000 meter run at the McElligott Invitational 

High School: Graduated from Washington Township High School… Was a three-sport (cross country, swimming and track) athlete… Selected a captain for all three sports
