2019 Outdoor: Ran a personal record 19:33.59 in the 5000 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Finished the 3000 meters in 11:31.31 at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2017-18 Indoor: Ran on the second place 4x800 meter relay (10:05.08) for All-Conference second team honors and was part of the distance medley relay that took fourth (13:38.55) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships… Was a member of the second place 4x800 meter relay (10:51.18) and ran the 800 meters in 2:39.40 at the John Covert Classic… Completed the 1000 meters in 3:18.47 at the Ramapo Season Opener 

2016 Outdoor: Ran a top time of 5:13.14 in the 1500 meters at the Greyhound Invitational… Posted season best marks of 20:19.76 in the 5000 meters and 12:37.14 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NJAC Championships… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2015-16 Indoor: Recorded a season best time in the 800 meter run of 2:38.34 at the McElligot Invitational… Had a top time of 5:43.63 in the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup
