Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ – The Rowan University men's basketball team increased its win streak to five games after an 83-68 victory at William Paterson University on Saturday.

Nick DePersia (jr. Cherry Hill, NJ/Haddonfield Mem.) led the way with 21 points. Forward
TJ Booth (sr. Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) recorded his third double-double on the season with 11 points and 10 rebounds. The 10 boards tied his career mark. Forward
Ramon Wright (jr. East Orange, NJ/Irvington) grabbed a game-high 16 rebounds and he had eight points.

Austin Kearney (so. Monroeville, NJ/Gloucester County Christian) chipped in with 13 points. Guard
Jeff Haddock (so. Burlington, NJ/Wilmington) and guard
Rob DePersia (jr. Cherry Hill, NJ/Haddonfield Mem.) added 12 and 11 points respectively.
Rob DePersia dished six assists.
The Profs are 5-1 overall and 3-0 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference. The Pioneers drop to 2-5 on the season and 0-3 in the conference.
For William Paterson, forward Richy Espinal (sr. Ridgefield Park, NJ/Ridgefield Park) totaled 12 points and 12 rebounds. Guard Dapo Badmos (sr. Toronto, Canada/The Kiski School) scored 11 points while forward Henry Voorhees (so. South Orange, NJ/Columbia) produced nine points and eight boards.
The score was tied at seven (14:44) in the first half. Rowan built a nine-point lead (18-9) with an 11-2 run that ended at 12:18.
Nick DePersia hit three three-pointers and Kearney made a layup. Badmos' foul shot at 9:59 cut the deficit to four (20-16). The Profs answered with nine consecutive points to lead 29-16 with 5:35 left. Wright contributed with four points,
Nick DePersia had a three-pointer and Haddock hit a jumper. Three times Rowan was ahead by 14 points and the last (38-24) was at the 2:27 mark. William Paterson ended the period with a 7-1 run and trailed 39-31 at the intermission.
Nick DePersia registered 14 points while Badmos had 11.
In the second stanza, the Pioneers tied the score at 52 (10:17) with a jumper by forward Malcom McLeod (fr. Teaneck, NJ/Eastern Christian). Rowan then had 12 unanswered points and the score was 64-52 with 7:17 remaining. Booth scored five points while Wright and
Rob DePersia each had three and Kearney sank a free throw.
Kearney's layup gave the Profs their biggest lead of 18 points (73-55) at 3:45.
Rob DePersia had a basket for a 17-point advantage (80-63) with 1:40 left. He scored 11 points in the final half.
Next week, Rowan hosts The College of New Jersey on Wednesday, Dec. 6 in a conference game at 8 p.m.
