Box Score CAMDEN, NJ – The Rowan University women's volleyball team won its New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) opener, 3-1 over Rutgers-Camden on Tuesday night.
The Profs have a record of 6-4. The Scarlet Raptors have an overall mark of 3-5 and they are 1-1 in the NJAC. The set scores were 25-22, 25-15, 18-25 and 26-24.

Dalton Sanchez (fr. Olney, MD/Sherwood) led Rowan with 10 kills. Middle hitter
Maggie Catherina (sr. Ridgefield, NJ/Ridgefield Mem.) and outside hitter
Erica O'Hagan (jr. Cedar Grove, NJ/Cedar Grove) each recorded nine kills. O'Hagan also had 14 digs. Outside hitter
Danielle Havlicek (sr. Midland Park, NJ/Midland Park) tallied eight kills and 14 digs. Setter
Mary-Grace Testa (so. Kearny, NJ/Mount Saint Dominic Academy) contributed with 19 assists and defensive specialist/setter
Rebecca Dantonio (jr. Glen Mills, PA/Garnet Valley) added 13. Libero
Jennifer Vorel (jr. Madison, NJ/Madison) accumulated 16 digs.
For Rutgers-Camden, middle hitter Olivia Rowland (sr. Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough) collected 11 kills. Setter/defensive specialist Brooke Hassan (sr. Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) had 34 assists. Setter/libero/defensive specialist Erin Thompson (so. Mays Landing, NJ/Oakcrest) and outside hitter/defensive specialist Caitlin Marchlowitz (jr. Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) chipped in with 15 and 14 digs respectively.
The Profs are back in action on Tuesday, Sept. 22 when they host Montclair State University at 7 p.m.
