ResultsMONTCLAIR, NJ – The Rowan University men's swimming and diving team defeated Montclair State University, 191-102 in a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) meet on Saturday afternoon.
The Profs remain undefeated overall (8-0) and in the NJAC (2-0). The Red Hawks have a mark of 2-8 and are 0-2 in the conference.
John Morris (so. Bridgeton, NJ/Cumberland Reg.) won both one-meter diving competitions. In one-meter (five dives) he had a score of 185.10. He accumulated 300.37 points in the one-meter (six dives).
Killian O'Gorman (jr. Short Hills, NJ/Millburn) took second with 223.50 points (six dives) and third, scoring 134.47 points (five dives).

Luke Wister (so. Haddon Heights, NJ/Haddon Heights),
Brian Suatengco (fr. Toms River, NJ/Donovan Catholic),
Nick Marte (fr. Fair Lawn, NJ/Fair Lawn) and
Eric Feuerstein (fr. Absecon, NJ/Holy Spirit) won the 200 yard medley relay in a time of 1:41.16.
Kyle Surette (jr. Martinsville, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan),
Mike Simunek (so. Cherry Hill NJ/Cherry Hill E.),
Connor Buck (jr. Eastampton, NJ/Rancocas Valley Reg.) and
Tyler Coe (jr. North Brunswick, NJ/North Brunswick Twp.) took second (1:42.39).
Zac Wister (sr. Haddon Heights, NJ/Haddon Heights) won (10:07.67) the 1000 freestyle.
Jesse Novak (so. Bridgewater, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan) had a first place in the 200 freestyle (1:49.30) and the 100 butterfly (53.57). Buck finished first in the 100 backstroke (56.27) and the 500 freestyle (5:02.87).
Patrick Myers (jr. Kennett Square, PA/Kennett) touched the wall first (1:01.41) in the 100 breaststroke.
John Shellem (fr. Mount Laurel, NJ/Lenape) won (22.78) the 50 freestyle and finished second (55.08) in the 100 butterfly.
Steven Buzby (so. Linwood, NJ/Mainland Reg.) was first in the 100 freestyle (50.51). The 200 backstroke saw Surette finish first (2:04.67). Simunek had a first place in the 200 breaststroke (2:14.27).
Colin Fisher (fr. Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) had a second place (10:31.47) and
Chris Boyle (so. Springfield, NJ/Seton Hall Prep) was third (10:35.56) in the 1000 freestyle.
John Tepper (fr. Egg Harbor Twp., NJ/Atlantic County Institute of Technology) was second in the 200 freestyle (1:49.58) and the 200 butterfly (2:14.27).
Paul Long (so. Medford, NJ/Shawnee) finished second (1:02.84) in the 100 breaststroke. The 100 freestyle had Feuerstein take second (50.56).
Coe was second (2:16.82) and
Liam Tully (sr. Cedar Grove, NJ/St. Peter's Prep) third (2:22.80) in the 200 breaststroke.
Jonathan Leonardo (fr. North Brunswick, NJ/North Brunswick Twp.) finished third (23.94) in the 50 freestyle. Boyle had a second place (5:06.41) in the 500 freestyle and Marte took third (55.58) in the 100 butterfly. Suatengco was third (2:14.08) in the 200 butterfly.
