Men's Basketball To Participate In Coaches Versus Cancer Classic

RADNOR, PA – The Rowan University men's basketball team is participating in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic at Cabrini College on Saturday, November 29.
 
The Profs kick off the tournament when they take on Rosemont College at noon. Neumann University faces Penn State Abington at 2:15 p.m. followed by the 18th-ranked Cavaliers against #7 Dickinson College at 4:30 p.m.
 
Admission is free to all games but donations will be accepted. All money raised will go to Coaches vs. Cancer, an initiative started by the American Cancer Society. The Coaches vs. Cancer program empowers coaches, their teams and communities to join the fight against cancer by participating in awareness efforts, advocacy programs and fundraising activities. Guided by the Coaches vs. Cancer Council, participating coaches help people with cancer today and to find cures to end the disease tomorrow, and have raised more than $87 million to help the American Cancer Society's mission.
