Box Score VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – The Rowan University women's volleyball team picked up its first win of the 2013 season this morning, 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-16) over Johnson & Wales at the Virginia Wesleyan Invitational.
 
Sophomores Morgan Mende (Glen Rock, NJ/Glen Rock) and Danielle Havlicek (Midland Park, NJ/Midland Park) each recorded 11 kills for Rowan. Freshman Rebecca Dantonio (Glen Mills, PA/Garnet Valley) had 33 assists and 10 digs, while senior Lauren Ruffalo (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) racked up 23 digs.
 
Rowan will play their final match at the Virginia Wesleyan Invitational this afternoon against Randolph.
