GLASSBORO, NJ – The Rowan University and William Paterson University men’s soccer teams had a scoreless tie after two overtimes on Saturday night.

The Profs are 5-4-1 overall and 1-2-1 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference.  It was the fourth straight overtime game for Rowan.  The Pioneers have a 5-4-1 record with a 3-1-1 conference mark.

William Paterson totaled 20 shots while Rowan had 13.  Goalkeeper Michael Fanz-Huster (sr. Waterford, NJ/Hammonton) made seven saves for the Profs and goalie Santiago Mesa (so. Telford, PA/Souderton Area) stopped seven shots for the Pioneers.

Next week, Rowan travels to Haverford College on Tuesday, October 2 for a 4 p.m. contest.
