Woods (sr. Berlin, NJ/Eastern Reg.) had a .565 batting average in a 4-1 week for the baseball team.  He totaled nine RBIs, five doubles and three home runs and scored 11 runs.  Woods had a 1.174 slugging percentage.  He had two or more hits in every game. Â

Against Moravian College, he drove in three runs with two hits and crossed the plate twice.  Woods also was the winning pitcher.  He was on the mound for the last inning and did not allow any hits or runs.  In the two-game series versus Rutgers-Camden, the center fielder compiled four hits, two RBIs, a double and three runs.  He was five for six in the first William Paterson University game with three RBIs, two doubles, two homers and four runs. In the second game at the Pioneers, Woods had two hits, one RBI, one double and two runs.  He was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Player of the Week. Â
