Forward Shane Doherty (jr. Delran, NJ/Delran) led the men’s soccer team to a pair of victories last week, totaling five points with one goal and three assists. He set up two goals in a 3-2 overtime triumph at Muhlenberg College (Oct. 3), including the game-winner. Doherty then scored the decisive tally and added an assist in the Profs’ 3-2 come-from-behind win versus Montclair State University (Oct. 7). He was chosen the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Offensive Player of the Week.
