Harrison Escoffery (jr. Hackensack, NJ/Hackensack) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Field Athlete of the Week. At the Ramapo Season Opener (Jan. 13), he placed second in the triple jump with a school record leap of 47' 5" (14.45 m), eclipsing his own University mark that he set in December 2016 (46' 8", 14.22 m). Escoffery also placed fourth in the high jump (6' 7", 2.01 meters). His performance in the triple jump is the fifth-best in the event nationally, while his height in the high jump currently stands at 12th in the nation. Escoffery's efforts helped Rowan claim first place overall in the 21-team meet.
