Jon Sewnig (so. Yardville, NJ/Notre Dame) finished 13th among 297 runners at the NCAA Atlantic Regional in Rochester, NY (Nov. 10).  He recorded a time of 25:54.4 over the 8K course at Genesee Valley Park.  Sewnig earned United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region honors by placing in the top 35 at the regional.  He qualified to compete as an individual at the NCAA Division III Championships in Terre Haute, IN on Saturday, November 17 at 11 a.m.  For his performance, Sewnig received his second New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Runner of the Week honor.
