Julia Worth begins her fourth season on the Rowan Volleyball Coaching staff after coming aboard in 2021.
Prior to coming to Glassboro, Worth was on the staff at Swarthmore College from 2016 to 2018 as an assistant. From there, she moved on to the University of Pennsylvania for two seasons before coaching at LaSalle most recently.
As a player, the former Julia Malseed was a two-time all-conference selection at Neumann University and a member of the conference champions in 2012.
Worth is a 2016 graduate of Neumann University with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management and earned a Master's in Organizational Dynamics from Penn in 2020.
Worth, who is currently a Senior Fan Services Representative for the Philadelphia Union, and her husband, Evan, live in Aston, Pa.
