2015: came in sixth with a season best time of 22:20.40 at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Oct. 31)… ran 22:45.56 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle (Oct. 17)… took second (23:20.52) at the Bill Fritz/Charlie Way Invitational (Sept. 19)… finished in 23:58.0 at the Mike Woods Invitational (Oct. 3)… had a time of 24:03.5 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 14)… took ninth (24:15.28) at the Delaware Invitational (Sept. 12)… a team captain… earned NJAC All-Conference first team honors
 
2014: ran in six meets… had a top time of 23:33.6 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 15)… placed 10^th (23:42.16) at the NJAC Championships (Nov. 1) and earned All-Conference second team honors… was 13^th (18:44.70) in the 4.8K race at the Haverford Invitational (Oct. 24) and came in 15^th place (20:26.81) over the 5K course at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial (Sept. 6)… named the NJAC Runner of the Week (Oct. 26)
 
Previous School: ran cross country and track at Rowan College at Gloucester County (formerly Gloucester County College)… named a first (2013) and second (2012) team All-American in cross country… won the National Junior College Athletic Association championship in the 1500 and 5000 meters… holds the school record in the 800, 1500 and 5000 meters and the 3000 meter steeplechase
