2014: competed in five meets… ran a season best 25:01.74 for 32nd place at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Nov. 1)… took seventh (25:29.94) at the Delaware Invitational (Sept. 13)… finished 37th (20:03.90) in the 4.8K race at the Haverford Invitational (Oct. 24)
 
Previous School: a transfer from Rowan College at Gloucester County (formerly Gloucester County College)… earned National Junior College Athletic Association All-America first team honors
 
HS: ran cross country and track and field at Paul VI High School
