Aimee Weiss is in her fourth season as an assistant coach at Rowan University.
Weiss joined the Profs’ coaching staff after three years as an assistant at Moorestown High School (2010-13). She was a graduate assistant at The College of New Jersey from 2003-05. Her first coaching position was an assistant role at the University of South Florida in 1995.
Weiss played professionally in Denmark from 1996-2003. That followed a successful collegiate career at Georgia Tech, where she was a 1,000-point scorer with over 500 rebounds. Weiss was chosen the 1993 Al Carino Division I South Jersey Player of the Year.
Weiss was a three-year starter at Bishop Eustace High School. She was named to the All-South Jersey team in both her junior and senior seasons. In Weiss’ final two years, the Crusaders compiled a 54-3 record and won two conference titles and two state championships.
Weiss was inducted into the Al Carino Basketball Club of South Jersey Hall of Fame in 2008.
