Tom Iacovone is the longest-tenured member of Rowan's coaching staff, as the 2019-20 season was his 15th overall, and his 13th as an assistant coach. He joined the Profs staff in 2005-06, serving for two seasons as a graduate assistant.
He was a member of Lebanon Valley College's basketball team for two seasons, graduating from there in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in political science, and received his master's degree in higher education administration from Rowan in 2007.
Currently the Dean of Students at Gloucester Catholic High School, Iacovone resides in Pittsgrove, NJ, with his wife Rebecca and their sons, Thomas and Jude, and daughter, Nora.
