2014: competed in seven meets… ran a season best 24:20.15 for 20^th place at the NJAC Championships (Nov. 1)… finished 10^th (25:38.13) at the Delaware Invitational (Sept. 13)… had a 46^th place (20:27.40) in the 4.8K race at the Haverford Invitational (Oct. 24)
 
2013: took 15th (21:06) in the 5K sub-varsity race at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 21)… ran a season best 26:08.73 at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Oct. 19)… finished 45th (27:13.57) at the NJAC Championships (Nov. 2)
 
2012: competed in seven races… season best of 26:59 at the Salisbury University Fall Classic (Sept. 3)… came in 30th (27:07.2) at the CTC Championships (Oct. 20)… had a time of 28:32.12 at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 27)

HS: attended Spotswood High School… earned All-Conference first and third team honors
