2013: won the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (22:16.89) (Oct. 19) and the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (23:15.63) (Nov. 2)… took second (22:02.45) at the Salisbury Fall Classic (Aug. 31)… finished fourth (18:24.13) in the 5K race at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 21)… was seventh (24:18.03) at the Roadrunner Invitational (Sept. 14)… placed eighth at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 5) with a time of 22:12.55… ran a season best 22:00 for 16th place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 16)… named the NJAC Runner of the Year and to the All-Conference first team… was the NJAC Runner of the Week four times and the Eastern College Athletic Conference Runner of the Week three times… received United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region and All-Academic honors… named to the NJAC All-Academic first team... a team captain… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
