2012: participated in all nine events… a team captain… won the Salisbury University Fall Classic (Sept. 3) with a time of 22:21… had a winning time of 19:19.61 (5K) at the Fordham University Fiasco (Sept. 8)… finished fourth (22:08) in the brown race of the Lehigh University Paul Short Run (Sept. 28)… took second (22:09.1) at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Oct. 20)… was the individual champion (21:54.66) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Oct. 27)… came in third (21:58.6) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 10)… at the NCAA Division III Championships (Nov. 17), was 52nd with a time of 22:21.1… earned NJAC Runner of the Year and was on the All-Conference first team… received Atlantic All-Region honors… selected the NJAC Runner of the Week six times and the Eastern College Athletic Conference Runner of the Week once

2011: ran in two races… had a season best time of 24:31 at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)… a team captain

2010: competed in seven races… finished 18th at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 30) with a season best time of 24:01.33… took 23rd (21:14) at the CTC Championships (5K) (Oct. 16)

2009: placed 20th at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 31) with a time of 25:32.26… finished with a season best time of 24:39 at the Sea Gull Invitational (Sept. 5)

2008: had a ninth place with a time of 24:00.10 at the NJAC Championships (Nov. 1) … finished 14th at the CTC Championships (Oct. 18) with a time of 17:24.31 (4K)… was the second Rowan runner to cross the finish line taking 69th (25:19) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional… NJAC All-Conference second team
