2011 participated in eight meets… finished 118^th (22:25.17) at the NCAA Division III Championships (Nov. 19)… recorded a time of 22:53.6 (6K) for 26^th place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12)… took third (22:20.55) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Oct. 29) for All-Conference first team honors… placed ninth (19:31.53) (5K) at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Oct. 15)… ran 19:49.24 (5K) for sixth place at the Fordham Fiasco (Sept. 10)… came in seventh (22:54) (6K) at the Salisbury Fall Classic (Sept. 3)
 
2010: competed in seven races… finished second at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 30) with a time of 21:53.32 (6K) for All-Conference first team honors… took second at the Sea Gull Opener (Sept. 4) with a season best time of 21:44 (6K)… captured third place (18:31.25) at the Fordham Fiasco (5K) (Sept. 11)… placed 18^th (22:55.8) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (6K) (Nov. 17) to earn All-Region honors… selected the NJAC Runner of the Week twice
 
2009: won the CTC Championships (Oct. 17) with a time of 21:53.58 (6K)… took first at the Sea Gull Invitational (Sept. 5) with a time of 21:47 (6K)…  finished second (17:59) at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 19) which was a 5K race… ran a personal best time of 21:43 (6K) at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 2) for sixth place… just missed qualifying for the NCAA nationals after placing 22nd overall in a field of 239 total competitors at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 14) with a time of 22:56.1 (6K)… selected the NJAC Rookie of the Week seven times
 
HS: a graduate from Highland Regional High School… top twenty finish at the New Jersey Meet of Champions
