GLASSBORO, NJ – #7 Rowan scored a goal in each half to go on and down St. Mary's of Maryland, 2-0, Saturday evening.
Sara Wiedeman got the Profs (4-0) on the board early, as her fourth goal on the year came in the 13th minute. The senior maneuvered around a defender to create room inside the box, burying one into the bottom right corner of the net.

Bella Moore's second tally on the season. Wiedeman crossed a ball down near the endline towards the goal, and Moore crashed in and used her shoulder to pop the ball into the top right corner for a two-goal advantage.
Rowan's defense didn't allow a shot on goal throughout the game, and only allowed two total shots from the Seahawks (1-4-3)
St. Mary's Breanna Brown recorded seven saves on nine total shots on goal from the Profs.
Enya Carthy logged all 90 minutes to record her second full shutout this year.
Rowan will visit #9 Messiah in a matchup of two top 10 squads on Wednesday in a 5 p.m. start.
