GLASSBORO, NJ - Pitchers
Zach Coluccio and
Austin Kreyenhagen each turned in strong outings and got plenty of support from Rowan's bats as the #5 Profs swept William Paterson, 18-6 and 12-3, to capture the 2026 NJAC Baseball Championship. it marks Rowan's first conference title since 2021 and the 18th in the program's history.

Rowan (32-5) has earned the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Championship and will make its 32nd all-time appearance in the regionals and the ninth consecutive. The NCAA Championship bracket will be announced on May 11.

GAME 1: Rowan 18 - William Paterson 6
Freshman
Brett Chiesa had a career-best game, going 3-for-4 with three runs and five RBI, while hitting his first home run as a Prof. His three-run shot in the third inning broke a 3-3 tie and put Rowan ahead for good.

Nick Struble was 3-for-5 with three RBI and
Brayden Davis,
Joey Bogart,
Jason Schooley and
Mason Dorsey drove in two runs apiece.
Coluccio (4-1) went 6.0 innings and struck out six WP batters.
Charlie Russell,
Jack Norton and
Dane Samartino each tossed an inning to secure the win.

The Pioneers took a 3-0 lead but Rowan responded with a two-run single from Dorsey and then got five runs in the third, including an RBI single from
Evan McCoach.

Chiesa drove in two more in the fourth with a single and Davis did the same in the fifth as Rowan's lead was 11-4. The Profs kept piling on with two-run singles from Struble and Bogart in the eighth.

GAME 2: Rowan 12 - William Paterson 3
Kreyenhagen went 7.0 innings and recorded his second win over the Pioneers in a week. The sophomore scattered six hits and held William Paterson (17-24) to three runs while recording two strikeouts.
Evan Brasberger and
Charlie Russell finished out the championship for the Profs.

Ian Murphy scored two runs and had two RBI while Struble was 3-for-4 with a run and an RBI. Bogart and Dorsey each had 2 hits, and scored a run.

The Profs were in control from the start with three runs in the first inning, with a two-run double from
Ian Murphy and RBI single by Struble. Rowan added three more in the second as Davis drove in one with a single and the Profs took advantage of a Pioneer error and wild pitch.
Rowan added a total of six more runs in the fifth, sixth and eighth innings to secure the win
