The 2025 campaign marked a bevy of team records that featured an overall 49-4 mark which is the most wins and best win percentage in a season and a 31-game win streak. The unbeaten stretch was the longest in all NCAA Divisions and it marked the longest undefeated run to open a season as well. Rowan claimed both the NCAA Regional and Super Regional titles here at home en route to a NCAA Championship Tournament appearance, it's ninth in program history.
Individually, last season's team featured four All-Americans (
Payton MacNair,
Liz McCaffery,
Emily McCutcheon,
Rylee Lutz) while head coach
Kim Wilson and her staff were honored with coaching staff of the year honors by the NFCA and the NJAC. Coach Wilson also picked up her 1,000th career coaching victory, to become the first female coach in Division III history to claim the honor.
Three of those All-Americans were lost to graduation, but pitcher
Emily McCutcheon returns for a senior season hoping to guide the Profs through another deep run in the postseason.
The Profs will get the 2026 season started at home on February 21st against SUNY-Cortland. From there, Rowan will head to Raleigh, North Carolina the weekend of March 6th and 7th for the Grand Slam Triangle Classic where the team takes on Eastern Mennonite, North Carolina Wesleyan, host William Peace, and #18 ranked Salisbury, in a rematch of last season's NCAA Super Regional in Glassboro. After a trip to Florida over Spring Break for 12 games, the team opens conference play on Saturday, March 28th. The NJAC Tournament begins on Tuesday, April 28th.
