GLASSBORO, NJ -- Both the Rowan Men's and Women's Cross Country teams are coming off very successful 2024 seasons as each team brought home its respective New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships. Now both teams will have the bullseye on their backs for the 2025 season.
The women's team won the NJAC title for the first time since the 2019 season and more importantly won its first NCAA Metro Regional, earning a berth to the national championship. Senior

Shedrick Elliott III made an instant impact in his first year at the helm, garnering NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year honors as well as being named the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Metro Region Coach of the Year.
The men's team captured the NJAC crown for the third-straight season after placing all five scoring runners in the top 10. Graduate student

Colin Patterson are three of the NJAC All-Conference honorees returning to a lineup that will look to fill in spots due to graduation. Head coach
Dustin Dimit also earned top coaching staff honors by the NJAC as the team qualified three runners, including Conway, to the national championship race.
The 2025 season gets out of the gate on Saturday, August 30th at the Salisbury Fall Classic. On October 18th, Rowan will host the tenth annual Border Battle held at DREAM Park in nearby Logan Township. The NJAC Championships are set for November 1st at Stockton. The Profs and DREAM Park will also host the 2025 NCAA Metro Regional Championship on November 15th with the national final the following weekend in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
