GREENSBORO, NC - Rowan picked up three All-American honors on Day 3 of the 2025 Division III Swimming & Diving Championships held at the Greensboro Aquatic Complex.

Ella Pennington earned her second All-American honor in as many days as the junior finished seventh in the 100 back (55.49) after clocking a 54.51 in the preliminaries. On Thursday, she claimed All-America Second Team status in the 100 fly.
Jack Watson swam his way to his second career All-America First Team accolade in the 100 back, with his eighth-place finish (48.91), after timing 48.07 in the prelims. He was sixth in that at the 2023 NCAA Championship,Â
Alex Volin scored his first All-American honor, a second-team selection in the 200 fly (1:47.51) as the fifth-year swimming placed 10th in the finals.
Watson and Volin teamed with
Tobias Cahnbley and
Braden Sheehan in the 800 free relay, where the foursome earned Second-Team All-America honorswith a 12th-place finish (6:41.11).
The men's team has totaled 18 team points to sit in a tie for 28th. Pennington's 21 total points had the Profs tied for 19th.
Action concludes tomorrow with Pennington gunning for a third-straight AA honor in the 200 back. The preliminary rounds start at 10 a.m. with the finals beginning at 6 p.m.
