Ella Pennington earned All-American for the third year in a row to highlight Rowan on Day 2 of the 2025 Division III Swimming and Diving Championship at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Pennington finished ninth in the consolation finals of the 100 fly (54.77) to earn Second-Team All-American honors after posting a 55.33 in the preliminaries. It's the third honor for the junior and first in this event. Tomorrow she will compete in the prelims in the 100 back. Her finish gave the Profs nine team points.

Alex Volin swam 49.30 in the 100 fly, where he was 34th

Jack Watson was 36th in the 200 free (1:41.23)
Tomorrow, the men's 800 free and 200 medley relay squads will see action in preliminary rounds in the morning. Volin will compete in the 200 fly and Watson in the 100 back as well. Morning sessions start at 10 a.m. with the finals beginning at 6 p.m.
