PHILADELPHIA, PA -- The Rowan Women's Track & Field Team placed second at the 2025 New Jersey Athletic Conference Indoor Championships as the two-day event wrapped up from Penn's Ott Center on Sunday.

The Profs put together 173.5 points, just 5.5 behind TCNJ with 179 for the top spot. Stockton was third with 125 points and Montclair State took fourth with 74.
Some of Sunday's highlights:

Nevaeh Lorjuste took home the 400 meters for the first time in her career in a time of 58.00.

Molly Lodge did the same as she won the 200 meters in a season-best and second career indoor fastest time of 25.37.
- Lodge and Lorjuste teamed with
Jasmine Pope and
Paige Franklin to win the 4x400 relay in 3:53.87, a top time this season. For Lodge and Lorjuste, this is the second career relay win after a top spot in 2022.
- Rookie
Nyla Jones was first in the 60 meter hurdles, running a 28th Division III best time of 8.95.

Ava Rizzo claimed a PR in taking third in the 800 meters (2:19.64) while
Anna Sasse was second in the mile (5:08.67).
Next Friday, the team will take part in the Fasttrack Last Chance Meet at the Ocean Breeze Complex in Staten Island, NY.
