Alexa Ronning scored two goals to lead #14 Rowan to a 3-0 win over Montclair State in the field hockey regular-season finale at Coach Wackar Stadium.

Rowan (14-5; 6-0), the regular-season champion, will host Kean in the NJAC Semifinals on Wednesday, November 5 at 5 p.m. at Coach Richard Wackar Stadium as the Profs will be seeking their fifth consecutive conference title. TCNJ will take on Stockton in the other semifinal with the winners advancing to the NJAC Championship game on Saturday, November 8 at the site of the highest remaining seed

Mariah Juiliano earned her third shutout of the season as Rowan's defense kept Montclair State (5-12; 2-4) without a shot, and held a decisive 30-0 advantage in that category.

Rowan broke into the scoring column just 35 seconds into the second half when
Tess Herman sent a pass across the goal and
Mia Foti collected it at the post and swept it in at 30:35.

Ronning netted the insurance goal in the final seconds of the third quarter.
Aurelia McManis sent a pass into the circle and Ronning shot from five yards out in the center.

The senior added one more four minutes later when she picked up a rebound and put it in from in front of the cage. It marks the first multiple-goal game of the year for Ronning.Â
