Evan Schlotterbeck provided the offense as Rowan shut out Kean, 2-0, in NJAC men's soccer action this evening. Senior
Travis Holiday recorded his second shutout in two games as the Profs improved to 10-3-4 (3-2-2 NJAC).

Rowan struck just 12 minutes into the contest.
Luke McNamee set up the goal as he carried the ball to the end line and sent a pass to the far side where Troiano was waiting at the far post, and he headed it in. It was the 14th goal of the season for the conference's scoring leader.

Schlotterbeck tallied an unassisted goal in the 58th minute to provide the insurance. It extended his goal-scoring streak to three consecutive matches.

Holiday, who has only given up two goals in the last three matches, made three saves to notch the shutout while Rowan had a 19-12 advantage over Kean (2-12-3; 1-4-2) in shots.

Rowan is back on the road on Saturday when it travels to Ramapo at 1 p.m. and then closes out the regular season on Wednesday, October 29 by hosting TCNJ at 7 p.m.
