GLASSBORO, NJ - A first-half goal by Jason Barragan and shutout by Dylan Aportela was all #13 Rowan needed in posting a 1-0 victory over Ramapo on "Senior Day", as the Profs remain unbeaten in NJAC play with one regular season game remaining. It also marked the fifth straight shutout for Aportela and the Profs (9-4-5; 6-0-2).

Senior Day Game Highlights

Barragan scored at 18:40 when Davide Caputo led him with a short pass, and the junior scored from just inside the box for his third goal of the year.

Rowan outshot the Roadrunners, 20-10, but Ramapo (8-4-4; 3-3-2) applied the pressure late in the match. Aportela had four saves, including a leaping one with under 12 minutes to go as he punched the ball over the cross bar.

Prior to the game, Rowan's seniors were honored in their final regular-season home contest - Dylan Aportela, Ari Barreto, Ryan Cleary, Gil Ferreira, Turlough Gartlan, Mason Martelloni, Gavin O'Neill, Emiliano Pavia and Chris Spicer.

The Profs will close out the regular season on Wednesday when they visit TCNJ.
