Allie Palumbo scored in overtime to lift Rowan to a 2-1 upset of #2 Salisbury in non-conference field hockey action this afternoon, giving the Profs (10-7) their sixth consecutive win.

The game-winning goal marked Palumbo's 100th point of her career combining the senior's 29 points this year with the 71 she scored in her three years at Stockton, where she earned All-America honors.

The teams played a scoreless first half but in the third quarter, Salisbury (13-2) took advantage of its seventh corner of the game at 44:31 as Madelyn Reed fed Marli McDorman for a 1-0 lead.

Mariah Juiliano faced nine shots and 11 corners by the Sea Gulls, as she made four saves. Juiliano and the Profs have only allowed two goals in the six-game winning streak.
Rowan looks to remain unbeaten in the NJAC (4-0) returns to conference play on Wednesday with a game at Stockton.
