GLASSBORO, NJ -- Three goals from
Olivia Giordano helped propel Rowan to a 3-0 New Jersey Athletic Conference victory over New Jersey City Wednesday night.
The junior recorded her first career hat trick as the Profs remain unbeaten on the season (7-0-2) and pick up its second NJAC win in as many games.

Calista Burke collected the fifth team shutout of the year.
Giordano's first tally came in the 27th minute after taking a through pass into the NJCU penalty area from
Lianna SanFelice to get around Gothic Knight goalie Sophia Mannino for a 1-0 lead.
The Profs picked up the pace in the second half, firing off 16 of its 21 shots. In became 2-0 after a free kick into the box from 35 yards out in the 59th minute.
Mackenzie Clement would get a good header attempt on the kick, but her shot hit the right post, where it ricocheted right to Giordano for the easy tap in.
The third goal was almost identical to the first as Giordano took a feed from
Sara Wiedeman into the box and got by a charging Mannino in the 74th minute for her first career hat trick and to put her in a tie with Clement for the team lead with eight goals on the season.
Mannino finished the night with 10 saves for NJCU, who suffered its first loss on the season, including a point blank stop on Giordano in the first half.
Rowan returns to action on Saturday in NJAC action with a game at Rutgers-Camden in a 1 p.m. start.
