NEWARK, NJ -- Rowan picked up a 3-1 victory at Rutgers-Newark Saturday evening in a New Jersey Athletic Conference contest.

Mackenzie Clement broke a 1-1 tie as the Profs stay unbeaten in NJAC play.
Goalie
Calista Burke saw seven shots and made two saves on the night. The Scarlet Raiders' Katie McLaughlin recorded six stops.
Rutgers-Camden struck first in the game's opening minutes as Mariana Valencia struck after a corner kick for a 1-0 score.
In the 17th minute,
Manon Bada tied the game at 1-1 after netting her first career goal, off an assist from
Gabby Dean.
The second half saw the Profs fire off 10 shots, including a pair of goals coming just over three minutes apart. Giordano scored her ninth on the year in the 54th minute with Clement notching her eighth in the 57th minute.
Rowan welcomes Penn State-Schuylkill on Wednesday in a non-conference matchup starting at 6 p.m.
