The #20 ranked Profs (39-7) advanced through the Marietta Regional last weekend, taking down Pfeiffer in the championship series. Payton MacNair was named MVP of the regional tournament and was selected to the all-tournament team along with Emily McCutcheon, Korie Hague, Liz McCaffery, and McKenzie Melvin.

This is the first time since 2019 that Rowan has made the Super Regional Round where the team played at Eastern Connecticut State. The team seeks its first trip to the NCAA Championship Finals since the 2018 season and its seventh all-time appearance. The Profs boast six all-conference selections including the NJAC Pitcher of the Year Rylee Lutz. Lutz joins Hague, McCaffery, Melvin, and Cat Thomas on the NFCA All-Region Team as well.

The ninth-ranked Yellow Jackets (42-9) had to come out of consolation of its own regional tournament last weekend after dropping its first contest. Randolph-Macon would win its next four games, including two against Swarthmore to move on to the next round. With the win over Swarthmore in the deciding game, the team added to its single-season wins record to 42. The Yellow Jackets clinched their second-consecutive super regional berth and now aim for a second College World Series appearance in program history. RMC features the ODAC Player of the Year in Rilee Baughan and the ODAC Pitcher of the Year in Gracie Ellis. Baughah, Ellis and Kayla Davis were also named NFCA All-Region additionally.

The Division III Softball Championship Finals get underway June 1-7 in Marshall, Texas. East Texas Baptist will serve as the hosts.
