GLASSBORO, NJ – Adrian College scored nine minutes into overtime to hand the Rowan women's soccer team its first loss of the season, 1-0, in the Profs Soccer Classic.
 
Megan Louwers scored the gamewinner at 99:05 to give Adrian the victory.
 
Rowan outshot the visitors, 18-10, including a 10-4 advantage in the second half, but Adrian goalkeeper Taylor Fischer held on for the shutout. Kelsi Stangl and Arianna Durling had two shots apiece for Rowan.
 
The Profs (2-1) return to action on Wednesday, September 8 as they continue their six-match homestand by hosting Widener at 6 p.m.
