RADNOR, PA. -- Rowan scored a pair of victories on Saturday at Cabrini in a tri-match with the Cavaliers and Hunter College. The Profs knocked off the host Cavs, 3-1 (15-25, 25-17, 25-18, 25-20) and cruised to a 3-0 sweep of the Hawks (25-8, 25-17, 25-11) to extend their win streak to five matches.
After dropping the first set against Cabrini, Rowan ran off the next three to score the 3-1 victory.
Simone Sparano had quite the match, totaling a career-high 46 digs in the contest.
Cassidy Abdalla led the block party as she tied a personal-best with five as the team racked up 14.

Natalie Ogden (12), and Isabella Kirchner (10) all went for double-digit kills.
In the second set, the Profs led from start to finish while in the third, the squad closed out the stanza on a 14-3 run to take a 2-1 edge. Rowan held off a late Cabrini charge in the fourth to lock up the victory.
Against Hunter, Rowan had 10 players register at least a kill as the team hit a combined 36-10-80 (.325). Abdalla put together a stat line of five kills, four blocks (one solo), three digs, and three aces to help lead the charge.
Rowan returns home to take on Neumann on Tuesday, September 28th in a 7 p.m. start.
