FREDERICKSBURG, VA – Forward Daria Jones scored the winning goal in overtime against Bridgewater College at the University of Mary Washington Classic.
 
Jones (sr. Jackson, NJ/Jackson Mem.) hit the net 29 seconds into the second overtime.  Back Casey Lubonski (sr. Sewell, NJ/Washington Twp.) pushed the ball up to Jones who beat the goalkeeper from eight yards.  It was Jones' sixth goal on the season.
 
The Profs are undefeated with a 3-0 record while the Eagles are 1-3 overall.  Goalie Bristol Pizzuto (so. Whitehouse Station, NJ/Hunterdon Central Reg.) made two stops for the shutout.  Rowan took 10 shots and Bridgewater had six.
    
Midfielder Riley Finnegan (fr. Pennington, NJ/Hopewell Valley Central) put Rowan on the scoreboard at the 35 second mark.  Forward/midfielder Aidan Sheehan (jr. Hamilton Square, NJ/Steinert) sent the ball to Finnegan who blasted a shot from 25 yards out.  Midfielder Sydney Ryan (sr. Richmond, VA/Open High School) tied the score with just under two minutes left in the first half.
