FREDERICKSBURG, VA – The Washington & Lee University women's soccer team won 1-0 in overtime against Rowan University at the University of Mary Washington Soccer Classic.
 
It was the Profs' second overtime game in two days. Rowan is 3-1 on the season while Washington & Lee has a 3-0-1 record.  Goalie Bristol Pizzuto (so. Whitehouse Station, NJ/Hunterdon Central Reg.) made five saves for the Profs. 
 
Forward Emily Leding (so. Little Rock, AR/Pulaski Academy) scored the winning goal at 93:32 and forward Sydney von Rosenberg (jr. Boerne, TX/Boerne-Samuel V. Champion) had the assist.
