2018 All-East Region Team

GLASSBORO, NJ – Two Rowan University student-athletes were named to the D3football.com All-East Region team on Tuesday. 
 
Wide receiver Elijah Rehm (jr. Clayton, NJ/Clayton) was selected to the first team as a return specialist and defensive end David Gajderowicz (jr. Medford, NJ/Shawnee) earned second team honors. 
 
There were 78 players from the east region that received the honors. 
 
Rehm claimed All-Region accolades after his dominant season as a return specialist. He has totaled 793 kickoff yards and 257 yards on punt returns for a sum of 1,050. He has found the end zone four times, two kickoff and two punt returns. Rehm is second in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) in kick return average (29.4) and punt return average (17.1). He ranks second in the country in combined kick returns and kickoff return touchdowns, seventh in punt return touchdowns, 10th in punt return average and ninth in kickoff returns average. Rehm was named to the NJAC All-Conference first team as a return specialist and second team as a wide receiver. He was named conference Special Teams Player of the Week once. 
 
This is Gajderowicz's first time receiving an All-Region award. He led the team with 17 tackles for a loss and 11.5 sacks. He totaled 55 tackles, 29 solos and 26 assisted, forced two fumbles and recovered one. He is ranked first in the conference in sacks per contest (1.15) and second in tackles for a loss per game (1.7). In Division III, he is 12th in sacks per game and 29th in tackles for a loss per game. The junior was named to the NJAC first team as a defensive end and garnered conference Defensive Player of the Week twice.
