Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ELIZABETHTOWN, PA – The Rowan University women's volleyball team was defeated by Elizabethtown College, 3-0 and the University of Rochester, 3-0 on the second day of the Days Inn Blue Jays Classic.
 
The two-day event was hosted by Elizabethtown. Rowan has an overall record of 2-9. The Blue Jays are 4-7 and the Yellow Jackets are 8-3.
 
The set scores against Elizabethtown were 26-24, 25-18 and 25-23. Outside hitter Erica O'Hagan (sr. Cedar Grove, NJ/Cedar Grove) collected 10 kills and outside hitter Megan Jacobi (fr. Nazareth, PA/Nazareth Area) had seven. Setters Kat Wolf (sr. Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) and Katelyn Paxson (fr. Long Valley, NJ/West Morris Central) recorded 13 and 10 assists respectively. Paxson also had eight digs and a pair of service aces. Middle hitter Erin Keegan (so. Fairfield, NJ/West Essex) added 10 digs and four blocks.
 
For the Blue Jays, outside hitter Elle Shatto (fr. Sykesville, MD/Liberty) accumulated 15 kills and six digs. Middle hitter/opposite Mackenzie Garner (so. Huntingdon, PA/Huntingdon) chipped in with 12 kills. Setter Gabby Anders (so. Lancaster, PA/Penn Manor) had 34 assists and defensive specialist/libero Chelsea Gallagher (jr. Warminster, PA/William Tenant) recorded eight digs.
 
Against Rochester the set scores were 26-24, 25-18 and 25-18. O'Hagan recorded eight kills and three digs. Wolf tallied 11 assists. Defensive specialist/libero Rebecca Dantonio (sr. Glen Mills, PA/Garnet Valley) picked up 11 digs, while Keegan had 10.
 
Outside hitter Alara Kocak (so. Owings Mills, MD/St. Timothy's School) led the Yellow Jackets with eight kills. Setter Aimee Kohler (sr. Nazareth, PA/Nazareth) tallied 26 assists. Defensive specialist Meghan Connor (sr. San Diego, CA/Academy of Our Lady of Peace) collected 17 digs.
 
Rowan returns home to host Rutgers-Camden on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m.
