Box Score GALLOWAY, NJ – The Rowan University women's volleyball team lost to Stockton University, 3-0 on Tuesday night.
 
The Profs have an overall mark of 7-8 and they are 2-2 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference. The Ospreys' overall record is 17-2 and they are 4-0 in the conference. The set scores were 25-13, 25-19 and 25-19.
 
Right side Stephanie Kovacs (so. Allentown, PA/Central Catholic) led Stockton with 11 kills. Setter Shannon Clark (sr. Folsom, PA/Ridley) contributed with 15 assists and setter Jessica Ciandella (so. Beechwood, NJ/Roselle Catholic) added 13. Defensive specialists Rebecka Zabilowicz (jr. Belmar, NJ/Red Bank Reg.) and Tenesia Rehrig (so. Whitehall, PA/Whitehall) accumulated 14 and 11 digs respectively. Middle hitter Idi Uffen (jr. Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) chipped in with seven blocks.
 
For Rowan, outside hitter Danielle Havlicek (sr. Midland Park, NJ/Midland Park) recorded 11 kills. Defensive specialist/setter Rebecca Dantonio (jr. Glen Mills, PA/Garnet Valley) had 10 assists and six digs. Setter Mary-Grace Testa (so. Kearny, NJ/Mount Saint Dominic Academy) added seven assists. Libero Jennifer Vorel (jr. Madison, NJ/Madison) tallied eight digs.
 
Rowan heads to San Antonio, TX for the Trinity Fall Classic on Friday, Oct. 2. The Profs face host Trinity University at 4 p.m. and Texas Lutheran University at 6 p.m.
