Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ST. DAVIDS, PA – The Rowan University women's volleyball team lost to the University of Mary Washington, 3-0 and #12 Eastern University, 3-0 on Saturday afternoon. The tri-match was hosted by Eastern.
 
The Profs have a mark of 7-7 and Mary Washington is 13-4 following today's action. The set scores were 25-14, 25-17 and 25-20.
 
Setter Emma Olson (jr. Oakton, VA/Oakton) led Mary Washington with 10 kills and 16 assists. Outside hitter Rachel Hendricks (so. Ashburn, VA/Broad Run) recorded nine kills. Middle hitter Emma Murphy (sr. Midlothian, VA/Midlothian) tallied eight kills and three blocks. Libero Jenna Yost (so. Fairfax, VA/W.T. Woodson) and Caroline Porco (jr. Charlottesville, VA/Albemarle) added 13 and 11 digs respectively.
 
For Rowan, outside hitter Danielle Havlicek (sr. Midland Park, NJ/Midland Park) had 15 digs and 10 kills. Middle hitter Maggie Catherina (sr. Ridgefield, NJ/Ridgefield Mem.) contributed with six kills. Setter Mary-Grace Testa (so. Kearny, NJ/Mount Saint Dominic Academy) chipped in with 14 assists and defensive specialist/setter Rebecca Dantonio (jr. Glen Mills, PA/Garnet Valley) had 10
 
Eastern is 15-3 overall. The set scores were 25-6, 25-22 and 25-14. Outside hitter Alicia Weigel (jr. Allentown, PA/Parkland) led the Eagles with 12 kills. Middle hitter Stephanie Elechko (jr. Lansdale, PA/North Penn) added 10 kills. Setter Rachel Graham (fr. Glenmoore, PA/Downingtown STEM) collected 18 assists and defensive specialist Miranda Kauffman (so. Christiana, PA/Octorara) had 13. Libero Rylie Haas (jr. Bethlehem, PA/Freedom) chipped in with 16 digs.
 
Havlicek accumulated 11 kills and six digs. Dantonio registered 10 assists and Testa added eight. Libero Jennifer Vorel (jr. Madison, NJ/Madison) tallied seven digs.
 
Rowan travels to Stockton University on Tuesday, Sept. 29 for a 7 p.m. conference match.
