Box Score MAHWAH, NJ – The Rowan University women's volleyball team lost to Ramapo College, 3-0 in the first round of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship Tournament on Tuesday night.
The Profs have their season come to end with a record of 11-22. The Roadrunners improve to 19-7 and advance to face top-seeded Stockton University (28-4) in a semifinal match on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. In the other first round match, Kean University (21-16) won 3-2 over Rutgers-Camden (13-13). The Cougars travel to second seeded Montclair State University (17-13) on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. The semifinal winners play for the NJAC Championship at the highest remaining seed on Saturday, Nov. 7. The conference champion earns an automatic berth to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament.
The set scores were 25-9, 25-17 and 25-13. Outside hitter Larysa Iwaskiw (so. Westwood, NJ/Immaculate Heart Academy) recorded 14 kills and 10 digs for Ramapo. Outside hitter Rachel Selmore (jr. Morristown, NJ/Morristown) contributed with 13 kills. Setter Kaitlin Mac Iver (sr. Hillside, NJ/Pascack Valley) tallied 31 assists and nine digs. Defensive specialist Natalia Saavedra (jr. Brick, NJ/Union Catholic) had 10 digs.

Danielle Havlicek (sr. Midland Park, NJ/Midland Park) collected nine kills. Setter
Mary-Grace Testa (so. Kearny, NJ/Mount Saint Dominic Academy) added 11 assists and seven digs. Outside hitter
