Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ – The Rowan University men's soccer team defeated Kean University, 3-0 in the first round of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship Tournament on Saturday night.
The Profs have an overall record of 16-4 and the Cougars are 14-6. Rowan faces top seeded Montclair State University (17-2) in the semifinals on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. In the other first round game, Rutgers-Camden won over Rutgers-Newark, 2-1. The Scarlet Raptors (13-7-1) travel to second seeded Stockton University (14-4-1) on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. The semifinal winners play for the NJAC Championship on Saturday, Nov. 7 at the highest remaining seed. The conference champion earns an automatic berth to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament.
