Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ – The Stockton University women's soccer team defeated Rowan University, 2-0 in a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) contest on Wednesday night.
 
Midfielder Abigayle Musto (fr. Wall Twp., NJ/Wall) scored the first goal at 7:31.  Midfielder Adrianna Boucher (jr. Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) took a corner kick that was headed by forward Lindsey Thomas (so. Swedesboro, NJ/Kingsway Reg.) to Musto.  At 59:17, Bruno hit the left side of the net after a short pass from Musto on an indirect kick. 
 
The Ospreys are 10-2-4 overall and 1-1-4 in the conference.  The Profs have an 8-2-2 record with a 3-1-2 NJAC mark.  Goalkeeper Nicole Pallante (fr. Brick, NJ/Brick Twp.) collected six saves for her ninth shutout on the season.  Rowan goalie Courtney Simpson (fr. Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) had one save.
 
Rowan is home again on Friday, Oct. 16 against William Paterson University at 6 p.m.  There will be a fireworks display after the game.
